Choose the format that fits your team. CDSS recognizes approved in-person and live-stream formats as live training, while approved self-paced courses may be used for part of an administrator's continuing-education requirement.
Instructor-led training at a physical location. Participants attend face-to-face — including lectures, discussions, group activities, case studies, and assessments.
Real-time instructor-led training via an online platform (e.g. Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Participants interact through audio, video, chat, and Q&A. Attendance is monitored and participation documented.
Complete the course independently at your own pace through our Learning Management System (LMS). Includes recorded lectures, reading materials, interactive activities, quizzes, and a final assessment.
