FAQ

Common Questions

How many CEU hours do RCFE administrators need annually?

Under Title 22, RCFE administrators in California are required to complete 40 hours of continuing education every two years to renew their license. Of these, a minimum of 8 hours must be in one or more specific subject areas designated by the DSS. Our programs are designed to satisfy these requirements across multiple subject categories.

Are your CEU programs accepted by the California DSS?

Yes. Our CEU programs are developed by licensed clinical professionals and aligned with California Title 22 requirements. We provide completion certificates that include program content areas, hours completed, and provider information — exactly what you need for your license renewal documentation.

Can training be customized for our specific facility type or population?

Absolutely. Our on-site training programs are routinely customized based on your resident census, staff experience levels, and specific compliance gaps. For example, if your facility serves a higher proportion of residents with dementia, we'll adjust the dementia care module to include more advanced behavioral management techniques.

How long does it take to complete online courses?

Course length varies by program — most range from 3 to 6 hours of content. Online courses are self-paced, so staff can complete them across multiple sittings. A certificate is automatically issued once all modules are completed and any required assessment is passed.

Do you offer group pricing for facilities?

Yes. We offer volume pricing for facilities enrolling multiple staff members. On-site group training is often the most cost-effective option for teams of 5 or more. Contact us for a customized quote based on your team size and training needs.
